The Ombré Heirloom Set

A bridal ensemble in pure Muga handloom silk, dyed in a muted ombré of deep red melting into burnished orange. The lehenga and dupatta are paired with a richly worked Khimkhab blouse, embellished with Onyx gota patti, kachi patti, Sikhiya gota, pearls and semi-precious stones.
Traditional Marodi and Kasak embroidery meet an experimental border of Kalamkari, Onyx, gota patti and Basra moti, punctuated with Polki, beads and hand-set stones. Traditional cheed work completes the ensemble, bringing together the grandeur of heirloom craftsmanship with a contemporary, jewellery-like sensibility.
